what is the possbility to meet someone again in Singapore?

if i see tat person again.. no matter how bad i was looking tat day or how difficult it is... i will walk up and ask for the name... very high possibility tat i wont be recognised/remembered- i understand tat cos we only exchange 2 sentences and look at each other for less than a min... but i do hope that the incident has been remembered...

haizz.. i always remind myself tat life only proceed on 1 time.. no encore... no turning back...
but whenever i have to make a decision.. i hestitate... i choose to wait... i gave excuses...

conclusion = i'm not brave... not decisive... not mature? hahaha... childlish me...

haiz... when will i accept the fact that i'm turning 24 and i'm an adult (resposibility of more n more stuff)...
